LAN Cable Certification

Starting form July 2003, MegaTek is an Authorized Distributor of IDEAL INDUSTRIES , Datacom products and Cable Certification equipment in Latvia, and we offer LAN Cable Certification Testers: LANTEK series and LT8000 series. Testers have the ETL level III Certificate.

If you have an old Cable tester from any manufacturer (CAT-5 or higher), you can change it to LANTEK with considerable price difference.

For fiber optic cable testing we offer FIBERTEK and TRACETEK. Possible also modules for MM and SM.

* The Fahreinheit 50200-22 cables with tinned flexible copper conduct are IEEMMEQU marked according to CEI 20.45 and they are certified according to the new European Norm EN 50200, isued on 01/01/2001, as well as according to CEI 20-45, 20-36, 20-22 III, IEC 60331

These cables are specifically designed to operate during a fire, they do not propogate the fire and do not emit opaque fumes as well as toxic and corrosive gases.
